Exeter University Spotlights is a musical theatre show choir which, through its shows, aims to construct new narratives around musical theatre numbers, celebrating diversity and acceptance.
We performed a set of popular hits from musicals with flawless harmonies and energetic choreography, all alongside a live 10-piece band!
Returning to the Exeter Phoenix in February 2020 with Shine Like The Sun – an exhilarating setlist of songs from a variety of popular musicals, our brand new show was a tour through musical theatre numbers celebrating self-expression and individuality.

For Shine Like The Sun, we rehearsed 3 times a week for 1 month, adding 5 new full choir numbers from our show at Exeter Lemon Grove.
