CALLOUT | Lavender Exeter Fringe R&D 2021
Updated: Nov 5, 2022
Nancy kissed Lucy and never saw her again. Lucy lost her faith and her virginity. Now, surrounded by a history stitched in the polyester fabric of thongs, dolls and skipping ropes, under the bright lights of the stage, can they justify past sins?
We are running an intimate R&D of emerging SW playwright Holly Fitzpatrick’s new play, Lavender. This queer and experimental two-woman show was developed whilst Holly studied at Exeter, so we are delighted to return to the Exeter Fringe Festival as part of the artist development strand in October.
We are looking to cast two queer femme performers to join our team. This is an unpaid opportunity, but funding applications underway for future development.
The updated deadline for applying is Sunday 3rd October. More information can be found in the application pack below.
